aeroTelesis Appoints Ivy Shim as Director-Korea

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 12, 2006 -- aeroTelesis™, Inc. (OTC BB: AOTL) announced that the Company has engaged Mr. Ivy Shim as Director-Korea.

Mr. Shim's primary responsibilities will be to provide guidance in the ASIC development process which includes testing and production. Mr. Shim will also work with semi-conductor design houses, foundries, and set-top box manufacturers and serve as the company's liaison in Korea. Mr. Shim brings extensive knowledge of the semi-conductor industry with over 20 years of experience at companies such as Hyundai Electronics, Hynix, and Wiz Communications. His operational roles at these entities include Manager of Strategic Planning, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and as a Systems Engineer. Mr. Shim received his Bachelors of Science from Kyungbook National University in Korea, where he majored in Electronics and completed an MBA course from Yonsei University.
