aeroTelesis Appoints Milton Hahn as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 10, 2006 -- aeroTelesis™, Inc. (OTC BB: AOTL), an emerging technology-driven wireless broadband communications company, announced today the appointment of Mr. Milton Hahn as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Hahn was engaged by aeroTelesis in December 2004 as a strategic advisor and has been the Director of Corporate Finance for the Company since. His primary responsibilities prior to being named CEO have been to provide strategic advice concerning overall corporate strategy, finance and in-depth industry research.

Mr. Hahn has an extensive background in investment banking and has a seasoned track record in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private placements for public and private companies. His industry expertise has been developed by working closely with companies involved in technology, communications and all facets of investment management. He is the founder and managing member of Pacific Greystoke Partners LLC (PGP), a boutique investment bank and consulting firm. Prior to founding PGP, Mr. Hahn was a Principal of Putnam Lovell Capital Partners (subsequently renamed to Lovell Minnick Partners) and a Vice President at Putnam Lovell where he was involved in co-managing its private equity funds and completed numerous transactions in mergers and acquisitions representing an aggregate transaction value exceeding $3.5 billion.
