LAVAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 25, 2006) - AFFINOR RESOURCES INC (TSX VENTURE:AFI) announces that it has aquired 10 claims in the Hebecourt township.

The Hebecourt property is located 50 North-West of Rouyn-Noranda on the shores of Lake Hebecourt in the township of the same name in Abitibi. The property is made up of 10 claims totalling 421 hectares in the center of the township.
