AFL Telecommunications and Procera Networks to Host a Series of Live Webcasts on Network Traffic and Bandwidth Management

Webcasts to Highlight Triple Play Service Enablement for Broadband Service Providers While Also Addressing Compliance With CALEA Requirements

LOS GATOS, CA and DUNCAN, SC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 2, 2007 --Procera® Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of intelligent network traffic and service management infrastructure equipment, and AFL Telecommunications, a division of Fujikura Ltd. of Japan, an industry leader in fiber optic products and services, today announced that they will co-launch a series of live webcasts aimed at educating both companies' customer bases about the many uses of Procera Networks' PacketLogic line of network appliances. AFL has been a certified reseller of PacketLogic since October of 2006.

"Our purpose is to educate our customers on the multiple uses for the PacketLogic appliance. PacketLogic enables our customers to see and react to the flow of traffic across their networks in a way that was not previously possible. It allows them to minimize operational expenses and initiate profitable new service offerings to improve their bottom line," says Kent Brown, Director of Access Solutions at AFL.

As broadband service providers struggle with increasing bandwidth consumption requirements as a result of the growing popularity for video downloads, they must also address how to comply with the FCC's CALEA mid-May deadline.

"Most Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) solutions on the market today are geared towards just handling Lawful Intercept Requests," says Mark Trimue, territory sales manager for Procera Networks. "They add no other return on investment. The PacketLogic solution adds value to the network by delivering superior traffic analysis along with providing technical assistance for CALEA," continues Trimue.

The co-sponsored webcasts will start May 9, at 2 pm EDT and will continue about every three weeks through the summer season. More information and registration for the webcasts can be found at: http://www.afltele.com/news_events/enews/fttx/procera/webinars.html
