AfterCollege Employer Posting Service Grows to 3,650 Academic Departments and Student Groups

Expanded Reach Allows Employers to Self-Post Their Jobs, Internships and Events to Niche Groups on College Campuses at Any Time During the Year

Employers logging on to AfterCollege can now choose from a comprehensive network and selectively target jobs, internships, part-time jobs and events to their target college audiences. The announcement comes just over a year after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office awarded AfterCollege a patent for its unique approach to matching affinity-based groups with relevant opportunities.

AfterCollege's posting service allows employers to post opportunities and to announce specific events such as open houses and on-campus recruiting visits. Employers can elect to buy credits for occasional postings or they may purchase annual packages that provide unlimited posting privileges during the year. These service enhancements come as more employers reallocate their recruitment advertising budgets from large broad-based job boards to more targeted niche sites.
