Age of Affordable Private Jet Travel Launches With Jumpjet

Flights From 12 Originating Cities Coast to Coast to 5,000+ Private Aviation Destinations Begin May 2007

SANTA FE, NM -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 19, 2007 -- Jumpjet, the first company to offer a way to fly in a private jet for less than the price of most airline tickets, is now enrolling founding members. Launching service across the United States on May 29, 2007, Jumpjet ( will offer a breakthrough new option for commercial airline travelers who were previously locked out of the private aviation experience.

Jumpjet members who join before May 1, 2007 will receive a bonus month of private jet travel at no additional cost. Guests and pets always fly free with Jumpjet members aboard a fleet of private jets that includes Citation, Challenger, Embraer, Falcon, Lear, Gulfstream, Hawker, and Boeing Business jets. Corporate memberships are also available.

Prior to the arrival of Jumpjet, private jet travel was the exclusive domain of travelers able to invest tens of thousands to millions of dollars in jet ownership, charter flights or private jet card programs. By leveraging the power of numbers via a membership model and modest advance reservation requirements, Jumpjet will reduce the cost of flying in a private jet to affordable levels. Flights are available to members on a first-come, first-served priority reservation basis from any of Jumpjet's 12 originating cities to nearly any of the more than 5,000 jet-capable private aviation facilities located across the continental U.S.

Today no other "competitive" private jet option comes close to Jumpjet's pricing, whether it's fractional jet ownership, stored-value jet cards, or direct charter. The difference is tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. And Jumpjet's per-flight cost, when a member takes all or most of the plan's available flights, is competitive with first-class, business and even full-fare coach airline fares.

"Jumpjet makes flying private truly affordable for the first time," said Will Ashcroft, Jumpjet founder and CEO. "Once our members experience the efficiencies and pleasures of private jet travel, there will be no looking back.

"What we're offering is more than an attractive alternative to commercial airline cattle calls and inflight horrors -- it's an entirely new paradigm for air transportation," Ashcroft added.

More than 98 percent of the U.S. population lives within 30 minutes of a private aviation airport (only about 50 hub airports are served by commercial airlines). Jumpjet members will be able to fly to and from jet-capable private airports to get closer to where they want to go, safely and in extraordinary comfort and style, for less than they would normally pay to fly commercially.

Jumpjet membership has a tiered system -- Silver, Gold and Platinum -- with fees that correspond to increasing maximum numbers of flights per month and guest allowances. Silver and Gold members must book flights at least 14 days in advance and Platinum members must book flights at least five days in advance. Reservations are first-come, first-served; Jumpjet members can place a maximum of one reservation per 24-hour period and may have a maximum of two reservations in the system at any given time.

Jumpjet members may fly from any of Jumpjet's originating cities (once activated) to nearly any jet-capable private aviation airport in the continental United States. At launch, Jumpjet's 12 originating cities are: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles/Orange County, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. Coast to coast flights are available exclusively to Platinum level members and require an additional monthly fee.

Monthly subscriptions start at $1,500 for Silver members, $2,800 for Gold members, and $4,000 for Platinum members. A one-time administrative fee of $500 is due at sign-up. Silver members are entitled to up to two round-trip flights per month; Gold members get up to three round trips per month; and Platinum members can take up to four round trips per month.

Guests and pets always fly free on Jumpjet, with ascending numbers of guest passes per membership level. Jumpjet's founding members -- the first 100 members who sign up in each Jumpjet originating city -- will also enjoy exclusive specials, acknowledgement and amenities for the duration of their membership.

Jumpjet's launch comes at a time when private aviation's advantages over commercial airline transportation are unprecedented in quality and scope. Jumpjet will utilize the private jet aircraft services of Private Flight Group, a premier charter company certified to meet or exceed Aviation Research Group U.S. (ARG/US) requirements, the world's highest safety standards. Jumpjet is an authorized agent for Private Flight Group with operational headquarters in White Plains, New York.
