The Agency Inside Harte-Hanks Awarded 'Agency of Record' for Customer Response Marketing From Sony Electronics

Multichannel Prospect and Customer Relationship Management Strategy, Campaign Development and Execution Slated to Build 'Holistic' Customer Experience and Reinforce Brand Objectives

YARDLEY, PA--(Marketwire - June 15, 2010) -  Harte-Hanks (NYSE: HHS), a leading provider of direct and targeted marketing services, announced today that The Agency Inside Harte-Hanks has been awarded customer relationship management (CRM) "agency of record" status by Sony Electronics, and will handle customer response marketing strategy and execution for the global brand in North America. Terms and financial details are not disclosed, although the assignment begins immediately.
