Agency144 Launches Another Free Video Channel of TV Quality, Broadband Programming Featuring Advertiser Supported Travel Episodes Aimed at Young Audiences

Free Program Downloads Available From Microsoft's Media Guide at www.windowsmedia.com

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2005 -- Agency144, LLC is pleased to announce the launch of Travel144, a free, globally distributed video channel aimed at entertaining a tech savvy and modern generation of young travelers. The channel features a new 15 to 30 minute downloadable episode every week that offers a unique look at travel and adventure from around the world. The target audience for these programs is both men and women between the ages 18 and 35 years. Travel144 episodes features segments such as motorcycling through Vietnam, bungee jumping in Switzerland, sampling the cuisine of South India, and power shopping in Hong Kong. The first episode went live on November 15th via the Agency144 website and Microsoft's media guide.

Travel144 represents yet another significant milestone in Agency144's plans to develop an integrated, on-demand, Internet-based network providing free TV quality sports and entertainment programming. The free programs can be downloaded from the main website at http://travel.agency144.com, and via Microsoft (a strategic partner) through their online media guide, or can also be downloaded from any P2P (Peer to Peer network). The launch of Travel144 follows up on the success of Agency144's first advertiser supported broadband video channel Surf144 that was launched Feb. 1, 2005. The first episode of "Surf144" was downloaded over 136,000 separate times in over 66 countries around the world within the first 4 days of the launch. These downloads represented over 4.5 terabytes, or the equivalent of 800 DVDs, of compressed video and featured a wide range of advertisers including surf companies, record labels and boutique clothing lines. The advertisements that air on Surf144 consist of 30 second video commercials that are edited into the downloaded programs in conjunction with traditional banner ads.

Agency144 is also working on launching their on-demand programming via the television-over-internet protocol ("TVIP") directly to home TVs in Europe January 15, 2006.

Agency144, whose strategic partners include Microsoft, provides programs encoded at near TV video quality and distributed to an Internet based audience via free download from multiple websites. For each downloaded program, viewers must obtain a "key" to actually view the program. This "key" system not only helps prevent piracy, but it also allows the files to be "shared" over Peer 2 Peer networks (such as BitTorrent and Kazaa); an important advantage over other broadband distributed content. Other key differentiating factors include:

1. Utilizing broadband for the download of FREE very high resolution, long
    play (up to 30 minutes) programs instead of streaming low resolution
    clips;
2. Offering its viewers the chance to win great prizes just by downloading
    a program;
3. Combining direct marketing with the viral marketing by using the viewer
    data gathered from the downloaded episodes to promote more content and
    email online coupons from our advertisers redeemable for online
    purchases;
4. Utilizing both web and Peer 2 Peer networks to provide worldwide
    content distribution that is not restricted by region; and
5. Offering the viewer the ability to transfer their downloaded program to
    a portable media device such as an iPaq.
Agency144 is a first-mover in the emergent broadband programming space that is creating audience-targeted broadband channels in proven key verticals, such as action and extreme sports, music and travel. Unlike other forms of Internet-based programming, Agency144 provides near TV quality programs over a global network that is not limited to certain territories. Surf144's programming has been downloaded and viewed in a variety of diverse locations around the world. Over 70 percent of the downloads were in the United States, but new markets such as in China represented over 6 percent of the total downloads.

Another major development is that current and future episodes of both Travel144 and Surf144 can be downloaded and then transferred to a portable media device such as an iPAQ. "The difference between today's and your Dad's TV experience is that today we want unlimited choice of content, we want to see it when we want to see it, and we want to take it with us wherever we go. This is a tall order to fill, but we can do that now and Agency144 has been doing it since February 2005," stated Principal Christopher Courtney, a ten-year veteran of live webcasting and other Internet-based digital media.

Sal Campo, co founder and Media Director in the area of product development, content acquisition and strategies is a highly regarded and accomplished veteran of the satellite and cable TV industry with over twenty five years of experience.

"As radio gave way to broadcast TV and broadcast TV yielded to Cable, we are witnessing the ascendance of Broadband as the latest successor," commented Mr. Campo. "What Agency144 is doing now is not unlike that of the early days of the birth of cable more than some three decades ago."

Agency144 is based in New York City with an office in Paris.

About Agency144:

Agency144 is a first-mover in the emergent broadband programming space. Agency144 creates audience-targeted broadband channels in proven key verticals, including music, fashion, action and extreme sports and more. Agency144's programs, encoded at near TV video quality, are distributed to an Internet based audience via free download from multiple websites. Each downloaded program must obtain a "key" to actually view the program. This "key" system not only helps prevent piracy, but it also allows the files to be "shared" over Peer 2 Peer networks; an important advantage over other broadband distributed content. In addition, it allows content provider to track the actual number of people who view their programs. Since each viewer is "certified" via their initial interest downloading the program content, advertisers will enjoy the added comfort of a true "targeted audience." In addition, depending on advertiser choices, Agency144 will be able to consensually obtain data concerning viewers and their viewing habits. Initially, programming will be viewable for a 30-day period.
