("Agility Health or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:AHI) announces that the Company has completed its previously announced review of its audit services provider. As a result of the review, the board of directors has appointed BDO USA, LLP as the Company's auditor, effective immediately. BDO USA, LLP replaces Crowe Horwath, LLP who resigned effective August 12, 2015.
