AgilOne Expands Executive Team to Lead Expansion of Its Omni-Channel Predictive Marketing Cloud

Gangadhar Konduri, Steve McDermott and Mike Weller Join AgilOne as Chief Product Officer, VP Global Sales and VP Business Development

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 8, 2015) - AgilOne, the predictive marketing cloud company, today announced the addition of three new executives to accelerate its rapid growth as AgilOne enters a new expansion phase. Gangadhar Konduri, former Oracle vice president of product management, joined AgilOne as the chief product officer, and will be responsible for overall product strategy. Steve McDermott, who has a proven track record for scaling cloud-based analytics companies, will serve as vice president of global sales, leading AgilOne's worldwide sales organization. Mike Weller has been named AgilOne's vice president of business development and will focus on expanding the company's partner program.

Gangadhar brings over 16 years of product management, strategy, architecture and development expertise to AgilOne. He previously led product management and strategy at Oracle for the product lines spanning content, collaboration, portal and BPM in Oracle Cloud PaaS and Fusion Middleware. His stellar track record leading high-growth product lines, as well as bringing new products to market, will be crucial for AgilOne's rapid growth and expansion. Gangadhar holds a master's degree in EECS from M.I.T. and a bachelor's degree in computer science from I.I.T. Kharagpur, India.

McDermott will play a critical role in scaling AgilOne's global sales organization. He has a deep understanding of the space, having led worldwide sales of big data and analytics solutions for Computer Sciences Corporation, which has approximately 87,000 employees and reported revenue of $13.8 billion for 2013. He also headed sales for Cloudera in the Western U.S., Asia Pacific and Latin American regions.

Weller will focus on expanding AgilOne's growing partner program. He has 15 years of experience in the loyalty and customer engagement industry, working with companies large and small. Weller recently served as head of business and corporate development for Luvocracy, a venture-backed social marketplace, which he helped guide through a successful acquisition by @WalmartLabs last year.
