Agria Announces Change to Board of Directors


HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - May 17, 2016) - Agria Corporation (NYSE: GRO) (the "Company" or "Agria") today announced that the Company's executive director Mr. Brent de Jong will step down, effective May 31, 2016. Having been a director of the Company since the 8th of June 2015, Mr. de Jong is stepping down from his Board position to focus on personal and other business interests and commitments.
