AIM Autosport Team FXDD Racing With Ferrari is proud to announce a co-branding partnership on an exciting new project that promotes technologies from two forms of motive power; the motorsport design spectacle of the Ferrari 458 Italia GRAND AM GT spec racing car, and that of the smart and eco-friendly form of transportation designed by Amego Electric Vehicles.

The collaboration effort begins with the design element of the Amego Electric Bike that shares inspirations common to each and every Ferrari ever designed, built, and raced. As part of the collaboration, AIM Autosport Team FXDD and Amego will have four electric bikes on display at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve during the Montreal 200 race weekend taking place on August 18, 2012. The bicycles can be seen at the AIM Autosport Team FXDD racing transporter in the paddock area. The showcase will include a combination of the "Brave" and "Bold" models. Attending motorsport fans will be provided a close-up view of the product and an opportunity to test drive the bikes.

Amego Electric Vehicles Canadian Distributor, Fabio Cavaggioni and Amego Electric Vehicles President, Virginia Block will be on site for the race weekend to personally showcase various models of the ultra-cool bikes. For more information on Amego Electric Vehicles, be sure to visit, follow Amego on Facebook and send your comments to Amego on Twitter.

The next race coming up will take place at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve this Saturday August 18, at 11:15am EDT, live on the SPEED Channel. Don't miss out on the action of race 11 of the GRAND AM Rolex GT Sports Car Series and AIM Autosport Team FXDD Racing With Ferrari where drivers Emil Assentato and Jeff Segal will compete to extend the Drivers and Manufacturers lead, moving closer toward the series championship.
