Airborne Security and Protective Services, Inc. (ABPR.PK) Completes the First of Several Acquisitions in 2010 Thru 2011

HOLLYWOOD, FL--(Marketwire - December 6, 2010) - Airborne Security and Protective Services (PINKSHEETS: ABPR) announced today that it is well on track to more than double its annualized gross revenues in 2011. For fiscal year ended Sept 30, 2010, Airborne Security grossed about $1,100,000 in revenues. Current billings since September 30,2010, are in excess of 180,000 per month.

Airborne has acquired all the assets of Miami-based Global Trust Security, which employs over 50 highly trained professionals, the majority of which are former law enforcement officers and military personnel. Global Trust has term contracts which generate nearly $960,000 in annual revenues to the Company. Global also operates a specialized Marine Patrol Division that protects a private island on Miami Beach. Currently that Management is planning to expand its Marine unit to cover marinas, and expanding to include a scope of additional services including a "marine alarm armed response unit."
