Airesurf Networks Holdings Inc. ("Airesurf" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Guidi as President, Secretary and Director of the Company effective immediately.

Mr. Guidi is currently Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Guidi is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Mr. Guidi began his career with an accounting firm where he was as an audit supervisor specializing in serving the audit and tax needs of clients in a variety of industries. He has worked with publicly listed junior mining companies, technology companies, and privately-owned and entrepreneurial companies. In 2010, Marco transitioned out of public accounting and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Accountant for a number of junior mining companies.

Chris Irwin determined not to stand for re-election as a director and officer of the Company. Management would like to thank Mr. Irwin for his contributions to the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
