AirIQ Seeks Listing on the Toronto Stock Venture Exchange

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 9, 2009) - AirIQ Inc. ("AirIQ") (TSX:IQ), a leader in Wireless Location-Based Services, specializing in Telematics, today announced that it has requested a voluntary delisting from The Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), as Company management have decided to seek a listing on The Toronto Stock Venture Exchange ("TSV").

"This action is consistent with the ongoing process of cost rationalization that we continue to apply throughout the Company", said Steve Willey, President and Chief Executive Officer of AirIQ.

In order to ensure the continuous trading of the common shares of the Company and an orderly transition to the TSV, it is the Company's intention to proceed immediately with an application to the TSV. The Company has requested that the delisting from the TSX only become effective when an alternative listing has been obtained and, until the delisting is effective, the common shares will continue to trade on the TSX. Management believes that the Company is a candidate for listing its common shares on the TSV, however such listing will be dependent on the Company satisfying the minimum listing requirements of such exchange and any other conditions to listing as may be required.
