AirNet Names Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwire - April 21, 2009) - AirNet Systems, Inc. ("AirNet") today
announced that Frank DiMaria has joined the company as Senior Vice
President of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. DiMaria's professional career includes over 25 years of experience in
the logistics industry. Most recently, he was Business Development
Director for DHL Same-Day Services, which included responsibility for all
business development functional teams and national accounts throughout the
United States. Prior to that position, Mr. DiMaria served as President of
Gatx / APL Direct Logistics, Senior Vice President of P&O Nedlloyd Limited,
and held various senior sales management positions with Federal Express
Corporation.
