Airprotek International, Inc. (APKN) Finalized Merger with Starbase Global Logistics

HENDERSON, NEVADA--(Marketwire - Oct. 10, 2011) - Airprotek International, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:APKN) (www.airprotekcorp.com) had finalized the merger with Starbase Global Logistics (http://www.starbaseglobal.com). The merger was executed on all stock basis and Starbase Global now represents Airprotek's main subsidiary.

CEO of Starbase and incoming CEO of APKN Tom Drew stated, "We see our move of becoming a publicly traded company as a great opportunity to increase public awareness and prestige of Starbase Global. We expect to capitalize on our public position and expect additional company growth from this relationship, while raising the value of APKN.
