AIRS Announces 2008 Diversity Sourcing Games for Recruiters

WILDER, VT--(Marketwire - January 28, 2008) - Bringing the brightest minds in diversity recruiting together, AIRS, the leader in recruitment training, technology and outsourcing, has announced the 2008 Diversity Sourcing Games, a competition that recognizes the best sourcing tactic for identifying diversity candidates.

Entrants are asked to submit their most innovative diversity sourcing tip, technique or search string to AIRS by February 28, 2008 at

Select winners will receive recognition and publication of their winning tip or technique in the 2008 edition of the AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiting course, which will be taught more than 50 times in 2008 online and across the U.S.

Additionally, the top winner will receive a one-year Recruiter Academy license with access to more than 110 hours of AIRS training, while three runner-up entrants will be granted a half-day online AIRS training class.

"In an increasingly global market, it is imperative that recruiters are able to attract the best diverse talent. Contest entries can include best sourcing tactic for identifying diversity candidates from a specific company, organization and/or college.
