AIRS Offers Recruiters All-New Certified Diversity Training Workshop

Recruitment Technology and Training Company Provides Employers With Advanced Techniques for Finding Diverse Candidates

Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) 2008 teaches recruiters how to find diverse candidates on the Internet via social networks and job boards, as well as association, publication and university websites. Additionally, attendees are shown new ways to find talent by using classic AIRS techniques such as FlipSearch, XRay, PowerSearch and PeerSearch.

Attendees of CDR 2008 workshops will learn step-by-step sourcing methodologies including:

    networks such as LinkedIn and MySpace
