Airspan Enters Into OEM Agreement With Gilat Satellite Networks

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - March 11, 2008) - Airspan Networks Inc. (NASDAQ : AIRN ), a
leading worldwide provider of WiMAX broadband wireless access networks,
announced today that it has entered into an OEM purchase and global
marketing agreement with Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. According to the
terms of the agreement, Gilat will resell Airspan's WiMAX products
worldwide, on a non-exclusive basis.
Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ : GILT ) is a leading provider of
products and services for satellite-based communications networks.
Broadening its product offering to include WiMAX-based solutions, Gilat
will distribute Airspan's WiMAX solutions globally to its large base of
existing customers as well as new customers, leveraging its core
competencies including strong global sales, turnkey project delivery and
local support capabilities. The new agreement will enable Gilat's
customers to address their broadband wireless access and satellite
communications needs through a well integrated 'one-stop-shop' solutions
provider.
