AirTouch Communications Highlighted in Seeking Alpha

Company Is Positioned at the Nexus of Key Telecom Trends Worldwide

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - Dec 6, 2011) - AirTouch Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: ATCH) (www.airtouchinc.com), which designs and markets wireless telecommunications devices, has been profiled in a recent Seeking Alpha investment news report.

The article, "Wireless Access Is The Future: Ways To Invest In This Changing Landscape" by Dustin Moore, is available at: http://seekingalpha.com/article/310677-wireless-access-is-the-future-ways-to-invest-in-this-changing-landscape.

Moore points out in his report that three key trends are underway in the telecommunications industry: soaring demand for wireless voice and data services around the world, consumers continuing to "cut the cord" on traditional landline services, and migration away from cable services in favor of the Internet for television services.

AirTouch Communications, Moore notes, offers patented signal integration that can amplify weak or unreliable cellular signals up to 10 times. The amplification does not increase the hazard of radiation near sensitive body tissues because the power enhancement comes from the base, not the handset. In addition, the AirTouch base unit can be used to deliver data, TV and Internet services to the home or office.

Moore states that the innovative AirTouch technology comes at a time when many areas of the U.S. continue to suffer from weak wireless signals. Emerging economies around the world are turning to cellular signals, not landlines, which are expensive and difficult to install across vast distances and rough terrain. Lower cost and more rapid deployment mean that wireless services are expected to be used to provide voice, data, Internet and entertainment services for customers with rising incomes across the globe.

AirTouch continues to forge partnerships to distribute its products worldwide. Moore states that the company has signed an agreement with Brightpoint, the world's largest cellular products distributor. The company has announced a U.S. certification and distribution agreement for the Verizon Wireless network, which has certified for its network the AirTouch HomeConneX X1500 wireless phone.

In addition to the functions of a landline phone, the HomeConneX X1500 and its multiple handsets (up to six) can receive text messages, voice mail alerts, email, apps, and the Internet, with all the functionality of cell phone.

AirTouch recently signed a long-term, 4G-LTE wholesale agreement with LightSquared, the nation's first wholesale-only integrated 4G-LTE wireless broadband and satellite network. The deal will enable AirTouch to operate like a wireless carrier, offering its hardware directly to users.

The company also has launched AirTouch China, a wholly-owned subsidiary that will be able to obtain purchase orders from Chinese carriers, including China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. AirTouch will be able to offer its products to the millions of rural Chinese with limited or no access to voice, Internet, entertainment, and other advanced telecommunications services.
