AirTouch Communications Named 'Stock of the Month' by KonLin Investment Newsletter

Global Market for Advanced Wireless Is Cited

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 21, 2011) - AirTouch Communications (OTCBB: ATCH) (www.airtouchinc.com), which designs and markets wireless telecommunication devices, has been profiled in the KonLin Letter investment report. A free copy of the "Stock of the Month" article is available by calling 1-631-744-8536.

The KonLin Letter notes that AirTouch develops and markets patented telecom devices that converge on one hardware device for voice, data, entertainment, video, security and other communications services from various service providers.

AirTouch believes it is positioned to take advantage of forecasts such as those by research firm IDC that by 2015, more Internet users in the US will access the web via mobile devices than through PCs or other wired methods, the KonLin Letter noted. In addition, hundreds of millions of users worldwide who have access to cellular services will never be reached by landlines.

The AirTouch solution, protected by three approved patents with four more pending, offers a unique combination of cordless phone technology and wireless signal amplification of up to 10 times, while safeguarding against possible hazards of microwave radiation from cellular phones to sensitive human tissues. Home and office users are able to access wireless broadband with no landlines by using AirTouch products, the KonLin Letter said.

In addition to a recently announced certification for the Verizon Wireless network, Hideyuki Kanakubo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AirTouch, plans to pursue distribution through the wireless carriers in the US, their independent agents, and retailers. The KonLin Letter added that AirTouch recently signed a long-term, 4G-LTE wholesale agreement with LightSquared, the nation's first wholesale-only integrated 4G-LTE wireless broadband and satellite network. The deal will enable AirTouch to operate like a wireless carrier, offering its hardware directly to users.

Internationally, the company has launched AirTouch China, a joint venture with Bigtall Trading Company, an electronics distribution company in China, that will be able to obtain purchase orders from Chinese carriers, including China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, the KonLin Letter said. The letter noted that AirTouch will be able to offer its products to the millions of rural Chinese with limited or no access to voice, Internet, entertainment, and other advanced telecommunications services.

The KonLin Letter added that a large market opportunity for AirTouch is represented by the more than 2 billion people in the BRIC nations (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) and N-11 (Next 11) countries that are expected to move into the income bracket over the next five years that will be demanding wireless voice, Internet, and entertainment services but have limited landline capacity.
