Akkadian Labs' Latest Software Release Simplifies Provisioning Within Cisco Unified Communications Manager

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 4, 2014) - Akkadian Labs, a leading provider of collaboration focused software solutions, has announced the release of akkadian Provisioning Manager Express version 4.0 (aPME). aPME increases productivity, reduces costs, and improves security by simplifying the user provisioning process in Cisco's Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environment.

"aPME 4.0 marks an evolution of our Cisco Unified Communications & Collaboration provisioning platform. With a completely redesigned and simplified user interface, the ability to create flexible templates and directory number management, provisioning is truly made simple," said Tom Bamert, CTO of Akkadian Labs.

aPME enables help desk administrators to easily provision users with multiple devices, lines, voicemail, instant messaging and presence in seconds rather than minutes. aPME also improves security by moving provisioning outside the Cisco Unified Communication applications, providing granular security and audit logs, allowing organizations to safely delegate provisioning to the most cost effective resources.

aPME 4.0 supports Cisco UC services releases 8.x-10.x. Also, aPME 4.0 is available for Windows Server or as a virtual Linux appliance.
