AlarmForce Closes 2011 Fiscal Year Surpassing 124,000 Subscribers

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2011) - Joel Matlin, President and CEO, announced that AlarmForce Industries Inc. (TSX:AF) closed its fiscal year ended October 31, 2011, with over 26,400 new accounts, bringing the total subscriber base to 124,076, an increase of 9% from 2010. Mr. Matlin said, "We are very pleased that AlarmForce has shown positive growth despite the ongoing uncertainty of the world economy. With our new VideoRelay technology as the catalyst, we are optimistic about the growth in subscribers for 2012."
