Alberta Automation Firm Cybertech Ranks in Canada-Wide List for Top 50 Best Employers

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Dec. 7, 2010) - Edmonton-based Systems Integration firm Cybertech has been named one of the best employers in Canada by Aon Hewitt and the Queens University School of Business. The "Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada" list was published in the November 8th edition of Maclean's Magazine.

"The Cybertech Group of Companies is very proud that we have placed in the Top 50 Best Small/Medium Employer List" says Mike Palamarek, P.Eng., Director at Cybertech. "The fact that it is our employees telling us and the rest of Canada that Cybertech Automation, i-GEN Solutions and Cybertech Electric are great places to work is significant. We have long-term, dedicated people working here and that means we are able to help our clients complete their projects successfully."

251 Canadian employers took part in the 2011 survey process with more than 134,000 employees responding to questions that focused on employee engagement. According to Aon Hewitt's definition, employee engagement is a measure of how positively employees feel about their employer, how likely they are to stay, and how committed they are to doing their utmost to achieve business objectives. Cybertech was evaluated in the Small to Medium Employers category which covers organizations having between 50 and 399 employees.
