The Owen Hart Foundation is happy to announce that the proceeds from this year's concert event with Steve Martin and Martin Short will go directly towards The Flood Rebuilding Fund at The Calgary Foundation. "The Alberta Floods have taken a terrible toll on many Albertans and as every day passes we see the growing need for financial assistance; we are happy to offer support through our annual event" stated Martha Hart, founder of The Owen Hart Foundation.

The Owen Hart Foundation is also hosting seniors from the East Village at the event in hopes of brightening their spirits through this difficult time. "Our seniors in the East Village had to leave their homes during the flood and are now just trying to resume their daily lives; we want to offer these seniors living in poverty a fun night out. We all need to rally around those in need and those affected by this unexpected and devastating tragedy. It is time to rebuild and move forward, and we are proud to be a part of this process" stated Martha Hart.

The Owen Hart Foundation has proudly grown into a staple charity within the Calgary community while serving as an incredible celebration of Owen Harts' life. For over a decade The Owen Hart Foundation's annual event has helped raise much needed funds for education and affordable housing for individuals with limited resources but unlimited potential. The Owen Hart Foundation has presented legendary performers such as Robin Williams, Russell Brand, Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Cosby, Paul Anka, Neil Sedaka, Bob Newhart, Howie Mandel, and Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band.
