Aldershot Resources Ltd.: News Release

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 12, 2007) - Aldershot Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ALZ) Jeremy Caddy, President of Aldershot Resources Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a purchase and sale agreement for a 100% interest in twenty five minerals claims on the southern edge of the Company's Fort Coulonge Uranium Project in the Province of Quebec. The terms of the purchase are the payment of $25,000 cash and the issuance of 200,000 common shares. The claims are subject to a 2% NSR, with a buy-back in favor of the Company of 1% for the sum of $1,000,000.

The claims, the subject of this acquisition, cover the south eastern extension of one of the anomalies discovered by the Company during the summer field season. Channel sampling of this anomaly and the other two anomalies continues with the samples collected now being crushed and ground in preparation for assaying over the coming weeks. The Company has taken the step of crushing its own samples to obtain a faster receipt of assay results as the laboratories qualified for assaying uranium samples in Canada have large backlogs with delays of up to eight weeks.

The above mentioned agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
