Aleriant Names Michael Breitman to Manage Its Expansion Into the Northeast Market

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 19, 2005 -- Aleriant (www.aleriant.com), an international technology services company, today announced the appointment of Michael Breitman as Managing Director of its planned New York office in Nassau County. Mr. Breitman will manage Aleriant's expansion and operations in the Northeast, leveraging his extensive experience in management consulting, IT management and wholesale apparel manufacturing.

Mr. Breitman is responsible for building and managing Aleriant's Northeast client base, including managing its team of client account managers, technical support and sales support associates. Aleriant is an international technology services company that provides customized software solutions, technology outsourcing and consulting services. In addition to its planned office in Nassau County, New York, Aleriant has offices in Florida, Brazil, Columbia, Canada and Europe.

Before joining Aleriant, Mr. Breitman founded and managed BreitBand Consulting, LLC, focusing on the practical application of technology for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to that, Mr. Breitman was President, CEO and sole shareholder of Brookville Corp., one of the leading men's neckwear companies in the United States, with facilities in Hempstead, NY, and New York City.

Prior to Brookville Corp., Mr. Breitman was a founding principal of Chicago-based Information Processing Directions, Inc. (IPDI), a management consulting firm that specialized in information processing systems for manufacturers and distributors. During his ten-year tenure there, Mr. Breitman directed the development and marketing of IPDI's MRP/II software package for diverse markets, including the aircraft and automotive industries.

Mr. Breitman holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
