AlertSite Announces 86 Percent Revenue Increase

Third Quarter Marked by a Record 208 New Customer Wins

COCONUT CREEK, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 14, 2006 -- AlertSite, a leading provider of web performance measurement, systems monitoring and security vulnerability scanning services, today announced strong business and financial results for the third quarter ending Sept. 30, 2006. During this time, they introduced DéjàClick by AlertSite, an Internet transaction recording tool with TrueUser® accuracy. In addition, AlertSite attracted a record 208 new customers; added six worldwide monitoring stations to its network; and established a professional services group. These factors helped the company achieve a year-over-year revenue increase of more than 86 percent.

New AlertSite Customers

AlertSite grew its customer base across industries as diverse as banking, online retail and high tech. The company acquired 208 new customers, many of which represent large, enterprise organizations, such as NVIDIA, Autotask Corporation and Scansafe, as well as others, including and Pelago.

New Product and Service Highlights

Within the past quarter, AlertSite expanded its product portfolio and monitoring capabilities to generate higher levels of accuracy and efficiency. In October the company launched DéjàClick by AlertSite, the first inside-the-browser transaction recording and playback tool. DéjàClick saves online businesses time by automating the scripting process used to monitor the performance of web transactions.

The company also expanded its monitoring network across five continents with the addition of Detroit; St. Louis; Tokyo; Dublin, Ireland; Porto Alegre, Brazil; and Stellenbosch, South Africa. This increases the number of AlertSite monitoring stations to 26 and extends AlertSite's ability to assist customers in responding accurately and quickly to potential network performance problems that may impact specific regional locations. The six-city expansion exceeded AlertSite's goal of establishing 25 monitoring stations by the end of the year.
