Alexander Mann Solutions - Platinum Sponsor of 2014 Candidate Experience Awards

Leading Talent Acquisition and Management Service Provider Says Award Winners Inspire Better Approaches to Candidate Experience

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2014) -  Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, today announced that Alexander Mann Solutions, the world's leading provider of talent acquisition and management services, will support the 2014 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards at the Global Platinum Sponsor level.

Established four years ago by passionate HR industry veterans, the CandE Awards are designed not only as an annual competition, but also as a way for employers to learn how they can improve their candidate experience. Participating companies can benchmark their candidate experience against that of other employers, as well as receive feedback about their specific hiring processes. Talent Board is also dedicated to market education that helps employers, candidates and solution providers understand expectations and opportunities for improved experience. In 2014, more than 170 employers participated in the program, and more than 95,000 survey responses were collected from job candidates at those companies.

"Our business is all about inspiring people -- not just those who work for us, but those who work for our clients as well. We work with organizations all over the world to help them attract, engage and retain the talent they need to deliver successful business outcomes," said Adam Shay, Head of Employer Brand Management Services at Alexander Mann Solutions. "Delivering a great candidate experience at every turn is key to making that happen. We're thrilled to sponsor the CandE Awards, as the winners inspire all of us to create new, distinctive ways to engage."

"As evidenced by the tremendous growth in the CandE Awards submissions, more and more companies are recognizing the value in delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Each year, we look forward to celebrating the successful companies who are not only engaging, but providing meaningful interaction for candidates throughout the hiring process," said Ed Newman, Talent Board co-founder and vice president of Strategy for iMomentous. "We are grateful that we have such terrific support from the HR industry and our sponsors like Alexander Mann Solutions."

North American winners will be announced at the Fourth Annual Candidate Experience Awards Reception on Thursday, September 18, 2014, and continue to be celebrated during the first-ever Candidate Experience Symposium. The Symposium, which will be held on Friday, September 19, will feature today's HR leaders as they share details of the innovative practices, technologies and strategies that enable CandE Award winners to connect and engage with great talent. Both the CandE Awards Reception and Symposium will take place at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago.
