GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sept. 11, 2015) - Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise pedestrians and cyclists that the pedestrian boardwalk on the Alexandra Bridge will be reduced at the Ontario approach during the following periods:
- From Monday, September 14, 2015, at 9 a.m. until Friday, September 18, 2015, at 3 p.m.
- From Monday, September 21, 2015, at 9 a.m. until Friday, September 25, 2015, at 3 p.m.
Pedestrians and cyclists will be affected by these reductions. Cyclists will be asked to walk their bicycles. Users will need to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone.
These reductions are necessary to conduct general repairs on the boardwalk.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
