Alexandra Bridge-Lane Closures

GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 10, 2015) - Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise motorists of the following lane closures on the Alexandra Bridge.

Ottawa-bound lane closure:

• Saturday, April 11, to Sunday, April 12, 2015, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

Gatineau-bound lane closure:

• Saturday, April 18, to Sunday, April 19, 2015, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

Boardwalk reduction:

• Monday, April 13, to Friday, April 17, 2015, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

The boardwalk may be partially reduced. Cyclists will be asked to walk their bikes alongside the construction cones when required. Pedestrians and cyclists will need to use caution when crossing the boardwalk.

The closures are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.

The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
