Alkame Water Signs Exclusive National Radio Marketing and Media Deal With Soy Sauce Media

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2014) -  Alkame Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: ALKM) (OTCQB: ALKM), a health and technology holding company with a focus on patentable, innovative, and eco-friendly consumer products, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Marketing and Media Agreement (the "Agreement") with Soy Sauce Media LLC ("Soy Sauce Media"), a California-based entertainment company.

Under terms of the Agreement, Alkame Water will become the exclusive water advertiser on three of Soy Sauce Media's nationally syndicated radio shows and also retained the same first right of refusal on all other Soy Sauce Media productions.

In addition to a block of commercial airtime to be used by Alkame Water as needed on all three nationally syndicated Soy Sauce Media shows, the media program also includes Studio Naming Rights, inclusion into all show social media formats/channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc. Also as part of the Agreement, Alkame may also participate in various produced and edited Soy Sauce Media videos (length and content to be mutually agreed upon), various Alkame sponsored athlete interviews along with presence at all "live" broadcasts including banner and product on-site and product placement services for TV and film projects.
