All-American 'Boys Launch TeamScore Inc on the 4th of July!

GREEN BAY, WI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 11, 2006 -- A non-profit organization dedicated to teaching sportsmanship to adults was launched by three All-American 'boys last week.

Sportsmanship to adults? It's a concept long-time coming, one that is drawing strong interest across the Fruited Plains and Fields of Dreams.

A walk-on for the Marquette University basketball team, William Gosse is the new president of TeamScore Inc. Born and raised in tiny Sheboygan Falls WI, Gosse was also a stand-out on the Marquette University baseball team. He is a WIAA football official, a youth sports coach and father of five boys. Gosse brings a strong actuarial background in insurance and banking to the team.

Former West Virginia Mountaineer cornerback, Robert Brooks, is co-founder and director of TeamScore Inc. Brooks has a strong sports background including eight years administration experience with the Cincinnati Bengals, University of Louisville, University of Alabama-Birmingham and University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Holding a B.A. in Sports Management, Brooks earned his Master's Degree from Xavier University; his focus was education administration. He now lives in Pittsburgh PA and works with Athletes in Action.

A sportsman of a different sort, TeamScore Director Walter Fick is an avid hunter and fisherman. He adds extensive customer service management experience in manufacturing, banking and now, sports management. He lives in Sheboygan, WI.

No small task indeed, TeamScore Inc is out to change the mindset of adults at sporting events. "We want sports to be safe -- and fun again -- for the kids, coaches, officials, fans and all the parents," Gosse said. "And we all know which ones we're talking about."

As a referee, coach and player, Gosse has seen all sides of sports but still appreciates the great things it offers -- like a kid from a small town being able to walk on at a Division One program. Bill is passionate about improving the fan -- and participant -- environment in sports. His management team brings the same zeal.

Sports Creates Opportunities to Respect and Encourage is the mantra of TeamScore Inc.

"Our vision is to develop a spirit in sport where victory is not measured so much on the scoreboard, as it is in the stands and on the benches; where children, teens and adults can celebrate victory or defeat with style, grace and sportsmanship," Director Brooks added. "We're developing character for success in life."
