ALL Fuels & Energy Secures Extension of Exclusivity Period to Negotiate Acquisition of Midwest Ethanol Plant

DES MOINES, IA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) -  ALL Fuels & Energy (OTCBB: AFSE) today advised that it has secured an extension of its period of exclusivity in which to negotiate and sign a purchase agreement to purchase an ethanol plant located in the Midwest United States. The exclusivity period now extends through the middle of July 2010. ALL Fuels has made substantial progress in its due diligence efforts and is currently in the process of finalizing the necessary financing.
