Allana Potash Corp. Announces Election of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 20, 2015) - Allana Potash Corp. (TSX:AAA)(OTCQX:ALLRF) ("Allana" or the "Company") announces that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the meeting on January 20, 2015 in Toronto, Ontario are set out below.

Shareholders also voted to reappoint the auditors and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration and re-approved the Company's stock option plan.
