(PINKSHEETS: ALHI), an international developer and distributor of advanced biotechnology and personal health screening products, has named Gary Wald and his company, Incubator Partners, as its Marketing and Distribution consultant.

Wald's career includes stints with major advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and Grey Advertising. He has completed several successful engagements with Fortune 500 companies including NBC, GTE/Verizon and Medtronic. For Allarae Mr. Wald's will concentrate on revenue and profit growth and building a world-class brand.
