Alliance Bank Hires R. Scott Johnson as Vice President, Commercial Banking


ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwired - Jun 24, 2013) - Alliance Bank, a privately owned community bank with over $600 million in assets, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of R. Scott Johnson as vice president, commercial banking. In this position, Johnson will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding the Bank's commercial lending presence in the southeast Twin Cities metro area.

Johnson comes to Alliance Bank with over 27 years of community banking experience, most recently in and around the east metro area. Johnson graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin and received a BA from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, WI.

Johnson is active in a number of local business and community organizations. He currently serves as a board member of the Youth Service Bureau, Stillwater Baseball and Basketball Booster clubs, and is a founder and general manager of the Stillwater Loggers Men's Amateur Baseball Team. Johnson and his family reside in Lake Elmo, MN.
