Alliance Bank Relocates Headquarters to Accommodate Growth

ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwire - July 19, 2007) - Alliance Bank, a privately owned community bank with over $550 million in assets, announced today the plan to relocate its St. Paul bank to the Alliance Bank Center at 55 E. Fifth Street in St. Paul. Teller and personal banking services will be located at the street level, with private and business banking services located on the 15th floor of the Center. Clients will access drive up service and patron parking on Minnesota Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets. The move will more than double Alliance Bank's office space to 25,000 square feet.

The Alliance Bank Center (formerly known as the Fifth Street Center) was purchased last year from Security National Properties. Since the purchase, the Center has been undergoing building upgrades, and Security National is expected to invest an additional $5 million dollars in renovations over the next three years. Alliance Bank will become the anchor tenant and has naming rights to the building.
