Alliance Bank to Open New Waterford Location

ST. PAUL, MN and EAU CLAIRE, WI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 3, 2007 -- Alliance Bank, a privately owned community bank with over $550 million in assets, announced today that it will open a full-service bank at the new Waterford development, 310 Pinnacle Way, on April 23, 2007. The mixed-use property will include office space, luxury condominiums, a senior citizen complex, galleria shops and restaurants, walking trails, and a fitness center. In addition to providing another location to their Mall Drive facility, Alliance Bank will offer expanded hours at the Alliance Waterford location. This marks the 10th Alliance Bank location in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and the 2nd location in Eau Claire.

Three new business bankers have joined Alliance Bank to help meet the growing commercial and private banking needs of the community.
