Alliance Creative Group (ACGX) Reports Record Revenues for 2014 Along With Increases in Gross Profits and Net Incomes Compared to 2013

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - March 25, 2015) - Alliance Creative Group, Inc., (http://www.AllianceCreativeGroup.com) (OTC PINK: ACGX) is pleased to announce the results of Operations for the Twelve Months Ended December 31, 2014.

Revenues for the year ending December 31, 2014 ("2014") were $12,130,151 compared with $10,769,757 for the year ending December 31, 2013 ("2013"). That is an increase of $1,360,394 for the year or a 12.6% increase. 

Gross Profits for the year $2,881,096 for ("2014") compared to $2,684,915 for ("2013"). That is an increase of $193,181 or a 7.2% increase.

Net Incomes were $411,099 for ("2014") compared to $266,137 for ("2013"). That is an increase of $144,962 or 54.5%. Note after taxes, uncollected accountants receivables and inventory adjustments the adjusted net income for 2014 was $201,357.

The total assets of the Alliance Creative Group as of 12/31/14 were $6,204,627. 

The total outstanding common shares as of December 31, 2014 were 727,320,796 with 626,990,116 shares in the float.

Company ended the year of 2014 with $307,837 in the bank.
