WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Feb 19, 2014) - Alliance Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ALLM) (the "Company") announced today that Peter Jermyn, of Consolidated Securities, and Lord Anthony St John, a member of the UK House of Lords and an expert on renewable energy, joined the Board of Advisors of its wholly owned subsidiary AMG Renewables, LLC (www.amgrenewables.com).

Mr. Jermyn is the current Chairman of Consolidated Securities, a boutique, Australian based, corporate and resources investment and corporate advisory company. Mr. Jermyn attended Curtin University in Australia under a scholarship to the Western Australian Government Department of Mines and Energy before entering the private resources sector. He has over 30 years of exploration and production experience in both the energy and minerals arenas, worldwide.

Mr. Jermyn has substantial international stock market knowledge in the areas of resources development, investment, financing, mergers & acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings (IPO's). He has served as Chairman, or executive director, of many listed energy, oil & gas, minerals and technology companies in Australia, the US and Canada over a considerable period of time.

Mr. Jermyn has devoted the past 5 years to the commercial production of oil & gas and the development of renewable/environmental and sustainable energy projects.

Lord St John of Bletso took up his seat as an Independent Member of the House of Lords in 1978. He was brought up in South Africa where he qualified as a solicitor and worked at Shell in Cape Town as internal auditor and legal counsel. He completed his Masters at London University in Chinese and Maritime Law and spent a year living in China and Hong Kong.

Lord St John worked for over 15 years in London, starting his career as an oil analyst and then equity sales and investor relations with Smith New Court and then Merrill Lynch focussed on Sub Saharan Africa and the Far East. From 1998 to 2003 he served as Managing Director and latterly as Global Business Development Director for Globix Corporation, a large ISP data centre business with particular responsibility for Europe. Lord St John has served as a director on many listed and unlisted companies ranging from oil, telecommunications, IT, renewable energy, financial services, manufacturing and marketing services. His expertise is in corporate governance, legal due diligence, financial restructuring and corporate finance. In 1998 Lord St John was appointed Extra Lord in Waiting to Her Majesty The Queen.

He is currently a Member of the House of Lords Communications Select Committee and served on the Information and PICT Committee as well as the European Union Select Committee on Trade Finance and Foreign Affairs. Lord St John remains Vice Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary South Africa Group as well as a Member of the Executive Committee of the All Party Parliamentary Africa Group.

The appointment of Lord Anthony and Peter Jermyn underscores the international significance of the CTS™ technology.
