"AlliedBarton places great value on learning & development for all of our employees -- both personally and professionally," O'Bryan continued. "The learning opportunities available through AlliedBarton are only one element of our culture. We encourage our employees to learn and grow internally through formal training and mentorship programs; and externally through higher education and industry associations.
