Employment Law Expert to Present on Best Practices for HR and Employee Management Compliance in a Troubled Economy

ALAMEDA, CA--(Marketwire - September 9, 2009) - Keynote speaker Allison West, Esq., SPHR will present on the dilemmas facing HR professionals in the current economic downturn at the California Employment Law Update, produced by the Employer Resource Institute® (ERI). West's presentation, titled "The Biggest Risks for HR in a Down Economy -- and How to Protect Yourself," will be the highlight session at the fourth annual event to be held at San Francisco's Westin St. Francis on November 4-6, 2009.
