ALAMEDA, CA--(Marketwire - September 9, 2009) - Keynote speaker Allison West, Esq., SPHR will present on the dilemmas facing HR professionals in the current economic downturn at the California Employment Law Update, produced by the Employer Resource Institute® (ERI).
