Allon Therapeutics Inc. to Present at Fasken Martineau Forum

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 2, 2006) - Allon Therapeutics Inc. (TSX:NPC), The Neuro Protection Company™, is pleased to announce its participation in the 2006 Fasken Martineau Technology and Life Sciences Forum to be held June 13th, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency.

Gordon McCauley, President and CEO of Allon, will be presenting at 1:45 p.m. providing a corporate overview and update on clinical development of Allon's neuroprotective product candidates.

"We expect to begin two Phase II human clinical trials in 2006 in major indications, one beginning mid-year and other beginning at the end of the year," said McCauley. "Our team has consistently met our milestones in the development of these drugs - And the Fasken Martineau event is a good opportunity to share the considerable progress we have had over the past 12 months."
