Alloycorp Mining Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - March 16, 2015) - Alloycorp Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AVT) ("Alloycorp" or the "Company") announced today that it has granted 500,000 incentive stock options to an officer of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.05 per share. These options are granted for a five-year term, and will vest over an 18-month period from the date of grant. The options were granted in accordance to the Company's Stock Option Plan approved by shareholders on December 22, 2014.
