AllSeen Alliance Announces Keynotes and Program for Second Annual Summit

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 20, 2015) - The AllSeen Alliance, a cross-industry collaboration to advance the Internet of Everything through an open source software project, today announced keynotes and the full program for its second annual AllSeen Alliance Summit. Hosted by the Linux Foundation, the event will take place October 19-21, 2015 in Seattle.

With rising demand for innovative Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and increasing interest in the AllJoyn open source project, the AllSeen Alliance Summit will provide a unique venue that unites product companies, operators, security experts, cloud service providers, developers, retailers, chipset vendors, information technology providers and more as they collaborate to create the open ecosystem for the IoT. The event will provide a forum for learning and discussion, helping technical and business leaders gain a deeper knowledge of AllJoyn and understanding of how the framework interacts with open standards and technologies available on the market today. With more than 600 attendees expected, the AllSeen Alliance Summit will also provide a unique networking opportunity for like-minded technologists, business leaders and organizations.

2015 AllSeen Alliance Summit keynotes include:

  • A user panel focusing on the role of the operator in IoT including AT&T Digital Life, CableLabs and CenturyLink, moderated by Greg Whelan, Principal, Greywale Insights;
