Alltel Wireless Latest Client Win for Wmode

Wmode to Provide Alltel Wireless With Fully Managed and Outsourced Services

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Dec. 20, 2010) - Alltel Wireless signs on as the latest Wmode customer. A leading provider of technology solutions for mobile operators, media companies and consumer brands Wmode has been operating in the mobile space for the past ten years. Wmode will be launching a suite of fully managed turnkey services with Alltel Wireless including Ringback tones (RBT), smart phone portal, content store and digital payment services.

Wmode's scalable and flexible solution details features such as RBT on-network infrastructure, both web and mobile RBT stores, subscription billing, premium SMS aggregation and routing, a self management portal for both legacy and smartphones, content store for all digital media downloads, and content payment mediation for content providers and premium messaging aggregators.

In providing these fully managed services to Alltel Wireless, Wmode will transition the mobile operator into the smartphone space and provide support for an app store infrastructure. After the initial launch, consumer self-management services will be supplied via the consumer portal.
