Almas Jiwani to Grace the Opening Ceremony of Canken 5K Road Race in Support of Trillium Health Partners' KidFit Program

Almas Jiwani, CEO of Almas Jiwani Foundation (AJF) will participate in the inaugural CanKen 5K Road Race in support of KidFit Program at Trillium Health Partners (THP). THP is one of the largest community-based academically affiliated acute care facilities in Canada, serving the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto and surrounding communities. It is comprised of The Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre.

The opening ceremony for the CanKen 5K Road Race and Canada Kenya International EXPO will take place on Tuesday September 13th 2016, 11.00am - 1.00pm at Payal Convention Centre, 3410 Semenyk Ct, Mississauga, ON L5C 4P8 Canada.

The two events have been organized by CanKen Sports Club, a not-for-profit organization who mainly focus on nurturing and managing sports talent. It also aims at organizing sports events for community initiatives and humanitarian causes in Canada as well as training and coaching in sports.
