Alorica Appoints Mark Cunningham to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 27, 2015) - Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, today announced that it has appointed Mark Cunningham as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Effective as of July 20, 2015, Mark will oversee Alorica's talent acquisition and workforce strategies across 62 US and 11 global sites.

Mark joins Alorica from Xerox where he served in various roles since 2003, most recently as the global human resources executive for operations in more than 60 countries. In his previous role, Mark led more than 150 professionals in promoting outsourcing services to industry-leading companies, and contributed to sales to help grow annual revenue. In 2006, he was also an integral part of ACS, now Xerox's acquisition of Intellinix from Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded the integration and organizational restructuring of their HR and Learning Outsourcing businesses.

"Mark brings an extensive amount of experience to Alorica at an exciting time in our company's history," said Art DiBari, EVP and COO, Alorica. "His proven track record in optimizing performance, M&A integration and strategically aligning a multimillion-dollar business's operational, financial and talent needs, aligns well with the direction Alorica is headed. We're excited to bring such a strong and experienced contributor to our team."

At Alorica, Mark's responsibilities will include human resources, talent and people development and organizational capability. Alorica, which acquired several of West Corporation's agent services businesses in early 2015 for $275 million, is now one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers in the US with nearly 48,000 employees globally.

"Alorica's rapid growth, market reach and global footprint is what attracted me to the company," said Mark Cunningham, SVP and chief human resources officer, Alorica. "Alorica demonstrates that it's committed to providing the highest value and offerings to customers worldwide, and that's a critical factor for long-term success. I look forward to bringing my strengths and experience in the BPO industry to the team."

Mark will report directly to DiBari and will be based in Alorica's Irvine, CA headquarters.
